Hi, my name is Mel Weber and I am so honoured to be a part of this caring community being created. I am firstly a mum of two. One is a special boy who is loving, funny, sensitive and has ASD level 3. This is just a number but identifies him as a non verbal child of 12. I was his full time carer for 8 years before returning to work. I learnt many lessons in this time and yes made many mistakes. One regret was not caring for myself sooner. I hit some low lows and then decided to take back control of my life and happiness.
I am passionate about sharing my story and what I have learnt along the way. I have been fortunate to have formed a supporting circle around myself and this has allowed me to follow some dreams and passions I have. One of these was becoming a Master Breathwork Facilitator. Creating sacred spaces for people to come and be themselves and share their stories is a privilege, and also a reminder that we are all always learning, growing and evolving together.
My vision is to create workshops that are fun, comforting, safe and where you feel held and heard. There is no judgement when you come to one of my sessions. I am an open book and know from experience what dropping your shield, that we all hide behind, can do.
