Lisa Marie

She’s the founder of Carer Escapes, a holistic counsellor, certified trainer and is passionate about encouraging carers to nurture their wellbeing to bring more joy and wellness to the carer experience.

Here’s what she has to say:

“Health and wellbeing is a constant work in progress for everyone! I work with carers to shift the mindset of struggle and burden to empowerment and opportunity. Self-care is a strong focus to not only enhance the experience for the carer but to ensure their care recipient is supported by a carer in good health. Carers are more capable of sustaining and thriving in caring roles when their own health and wellbeing is a priority.”

Lisa Marie also advocates the need for employers to become carer-friendly workplaces and provides practical direction on how this can be achieved.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”1em”][vc_column_text]Contact us for bookings.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”3em”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
