“Finding Calm in the Chaos “
- When was the last time you took timeout to replenish yourself?
- How often to do feel a sense of inner calm, happiness or joy?
- Is your body and mind screaming out to be nourished, but you don’t know how?
One of the most important things we can do as carers, is to take time out to nourish and replenish ourselves. We have all experienced the feeling of burnout and know that we are no use to anyone if our own cups are left empty.
Spend more time BEING, and less time DOING. Deepen your inquiry into mindful practises; be reconnected with your inner voice and what sparks inner happiness, peace and joy. Connect to yourself and others whilst being surrounded by nature and enjoy learning to laugh again.
