NDIS Consultant & Coach

Tiffany has a fervent passion to support and direct NDIS participants to use their plan funding and lean into living their best life.  She can demystify and guide participants through the breakdown of their NDIS plan so they can better understand what it all means and how to understand each funding bracket and they ways it can be used.  Tiffany can also offer counselling support or coaching in a way that comprehensively addresses and embraces plan goals.

Tiffany comes to the table with extensive and practiced experience with disability housing, within both not for profit and government sectors. She has worked alongside and supported both children and young adults to navigate the complex demands of guardianship, youth justice, family access, mental health, supported accommodation and NDIS planning processes.

Tiffany has also spent several years in family crisis supporting those affected when there is a breakdown within a family unit and finding workable solutions that meet both immediate needs as well as longer term practical problem solving.

Tiffany has qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Timeline Therapy.  Tiffany holds a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention along with Youth Justice.  She also has numerous qualifications in business management and held a leadership role with the mental health housing sector for several years.

Tiffany is a passionate and dynamic motivator whose dream is to see carers and their loved ones truly supported and seen.  It has been said that Tiffany is a ‘family whisperer’ with her innate ability to go beyond the surface and get alongside her clients.  This is part of her process and lights the way.
